The aim of the Producer’s Toolbox is to provide music producers with the complete scope of guitar sounds, ensuring users have everything they need to create.

The Producer's Toolbox guitar sample pack provides over 1200 royalty-free electric guitar samples as 96KHz 24-bit WAV files.

what's in the sample pack?

The producer's toolbox collates the go-to guitar sounds across the entire fretboard, ascending chromatically from E1 to Db5. In our experience, obtaining a complete set like this recorded uniformly is hard to come by, so our hope is this pack provides a solid foundation of the guitar tones that give producer's the flexibility to shape according to their will.

guitar Recording process

The samples in this pack were recorded using a single coil Tokai Silver Star Stratocaster.

Single coil refers to the pickups built in the guitar to amplify the vibrations of the strings, single coils are often considered as brighter and with more twang, with humbuckers having a warmer, thicker or heavier sound.

The kit also has a folder of DI or Direct Input samples. The audio signals here are a completely dry signal from the guitar, and these can be used for digital or analogue reamping. Reamping is the process of taking a dry guitar signal, and routing it through an amp or amp simulator to harness the sonic qualities of the amplifier as if the guitar was recorded through this originally.
